Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Jordan Walton Basketball, LLC ("Agency", "we", "us"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Provision of Services

Jordan Walton Basketball, LLC agrees to provide digital marketing services as outlined in the client's specific Service Agreement or Statement of Work. Project timelines are good-faith estimates and may be subject to change.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in the Service Agreement. All third-party advertising spend (e.g., for Google Ads) is the sole financial responsibility of the Client and is paid directly to the advertising platform.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide Jordan Walton Basketball, LLC with timely access to all necessary materials and data required to perform the services and is responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content provided.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information, including campaign strategies and business operations, as strictly confidential. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of any service agreement.
